Setting Milestones in Innovative Learning
Event

Students of Holy Hearts School, Kabir Nagar proudly participated in the Young Indians Parliament – Raipur Chapter, a two-day event held at the Old Vidhan Sabha, Raipur. The programme provided students with an enriching platform to understand the functioning of the democratic system and develop leadership, communication, and public speaking skills.

During the event, the students actively participated in parliamentary discussions, debates, and legislative proceedings, gaining valuable insights into the working of the Assembly. On the second day, they had the privilege of meeting Dr. Raman Singh, Former Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh and Speaker of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly. The session was also addressed by Mayor Meenal Choubey and Mr. Rajesh Singh Thakur, BJP President, Raipur District, who motivated the young delegates to become responsible and informed citizens.

The Principal and teacher coordinator were invited to the Assembly for the felicitation ceremony, where they witnessed the question hour, the process of passing a bill, and inspiring debates by student delegates. They were also felicitated by the Mayor in recognition of the school's enthusiastic participation.

Adding to the school's pride, two students—Raj Rajeshwar Parmar (Class XI-B) and Sakina Malak (Class XII-A)—were selected for the Regional Round of the Young Indians Parliament. Their achievement reflects their exceptional knowledge, confidence, and leadership potential.

Holy Hearts School congratulates all the participating students and wishes the selected delegates great success in the upcoming regional round.
